P90x...
Started on my new journey of p90x just 6 days ago. whole body is sore but I love it. Having accountability is not only important in life but also when you work out cause it forces you to keep going and not quit.
schedule so far..
Day 1 – Chest and Back, plus Ab Ripper X
Day 2 – Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper X
Day 3 – Plyometrics
Day 4 – Yoga X
Day 5 – Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X
Day 6 –...

I was sitting at home listening to a teaching. It provoked me and stirred my spirit.
So here it is in a sorta simpler sometimes paraphrased sometimes not version.
